All brokers, importers and others who prepare and file entry documentation with CBP on a regular basis are assigned a unique 3 position national entry filer code.
Customs shall make available electronically a listing of filer codes and the importers, consignees, and customs brokers assigned those filer codes. The listing will be updated periodically.
